Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, loopface receives basic account details such as your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier. When you use the editor, we process the GIFs, portraits, and settings you submit, together with technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, process requested GIF edits, maintain usage and subscription records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
Service providers
loopface may use Google for authentication, Cloudinary for media delivery and transformation, Segmind for AI processing, Creem for subscription payments, and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and security. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Media retention and control
Uploaded media is processed to provide the requested result. Retention periods may vary by provider and product plan. Do not upload media you do not have permission to use. You may request deletion of account-associated data by contacting the support address shown during Google sign-in.
Security
Credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed in browser code. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so use strong account protections and avoid uploading highly sensitive media.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings, or request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Applicable legal rights depend on your location.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above identifies the latest revision.
