Using loopface
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and use the service only where legally permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant loopface and its service providers a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload and edit every person or work shown.
Prohibited uses
You may not use loopface for fraud, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful surveillance, deceptive political media, infringement, malware, or attempts to bypass usage, security, or payment controls.
AI-generated and edited media
Results may contain errors or visual artifacts. Review every output before publishing and clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when viewers could reasonably mistake it for an authentic event.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, quotas, and limits are displayed before checkout. Payment processing and subscription management are provided by Creem. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits, and third-party providers may change. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, loopface is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited as required by applicable law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using loopface at any time. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
